The Internet provides a place for all of the Creston residents to voice their opinion about the long-awaited Community Center, which is now about to become a reality. PLEASE  check out webmaster Mike Barrett's site for your input, plus all the latest information about the process of designing and implementing a plan to build  our  COMMUNITY  CENTER.  Did you know that the Rodeo was created in 1995 by Nancy Ryan and Rosie Hebron  (and a few others) as a vehicle to raise funds to build the community center?   Did you know that when the first  Rodeo/ CATCH  Fund meeting was announced around town,  over 130 local residents attended that first meeting, and that  27 locals ran to become board members and that the board consisted of  9  members at that time???   The   "CATCH  fund" was created  to hold the funds raised in a trust.  Check out  the web site with all the info  at:

Also, he attends the Creston Advisory Body meeting, held the same day, the third Wednesday of each month at our church, and he always takes questions at around 7:30 PM --- at each meeting !! So, if he does not have the answer to your question, he will find the answer and  CALL YOU  BACK ! His assistant, Amy, can be reached at her office at 781-4339, so you now have two ways to contact the County with comments, ideas, suggestions, or complaints
